Nilai, July 10th – We are thrilled to announce that the recently concluded Thesis Bootcamp Series 1/2023 was a tremendous success. The event was held from the 7th to the 9th of July at the ILD Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan.
The organised thesis bootcamp was attended by 34 students, all of whom were part of the College of Engineering’s Postgraduate Studies program. Alongside these students, 4 officers were also present to provide guidance and support throughout the bootcamp. The four officers accompanying the students ensured they were well looked after and could navigate the workshop sessions easily.
The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.

The three-day workshop proved to be an enriching experience for all the students. The core idea behind Thesis Boot Camp is to provide the time and the space for graduate researchers to make significant progress on the first draft of their thesis manuscript. It is not designed to provide advice on editing, restructuring, polishing a thesis, or direct instruction on the tenets of academic writing. It is about graduate researchers writing large sections of their thesis.
The prestigious ILD Bandar Enstek provided the perfect setting for the event, offering participants a serene and conducive environment to ensure they were entirely focused on the task at hand. Overall, the Thesis Bootcamp Series 1/2023 was an outstanding success, and we look forward to hosting more workshops in the future!
